Your Registration and User Account

The registration information that you provide to The Online Corpitiam is considered private and personal between you and The Online Corpitiam, and is governed by the The Online Corpitiam Privacy Policy. All user accounts are governed by and subject to the following rules:

Use of your account is expressly limited to you. Your account may not be transferred or shared with any other party, temporarily or permanently.

The Online Corpitiam access is limited to persons age 13 and over.

You agree to bear sole responsibility for all use of your account and for the confidentiality of your password. To protect your privacy, The Online Corpitiam may suspend access or change access to your account immediately upon discovery that your account has been accessed by another person, or upon notification by you that your password has been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised.

 

Rules of Online Behavior
 
The Online Corpitiam does not screen or edit messages posted on its blog. However, The Online Corpitiam reserves the right to monitor said content and to remove any objectionable material at any time, in our sole discretion. By viewing the material posted on The Online Corpitiam, you acknowledge that you may encounter material that you find offensive. The Online Corpitiam disclaims any responsibility for said material.

By participating in any service of The Online Corpitiam, you agree not to:

attach files to messages that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect the operation of another’s computer

participate in such a way as to undermine the operation of The Online Corpitiam.

use our blog to harass others.

use The Online Corpitiam to disseminate any inappropriate, defamatory, libelous, threatening, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material or information.

post any articles / comments about race and religion.

violate any copyright law, or other intellectual property law,

violate any criminal statute

engage in computer activity commonly known as a Denial of Service attack

promote the violation of this agreement

The Online Corpitiam disclaims all liability for messages appearing on the blog entries created by The Online Corpitiam users. The Online Corpitiam has no responsibility for such content and is merely providing access to such content as a service to you.

Use of distribution lists in electronic mail or other mass electronic mailings is subject to the approval of The Online Corpitiam. Any unauthorized use of distribution lists is strictly prohibited, and may be discontinued at the sole discretion of The Online Corpitiam.

By participating in The Online Corpitiam, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Web pages, blogs, and other services provided by The Online Corpitiam may not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes. If, in the sole discretion of The Online Corpitiam, you are found to be using The Online Corpitiam for any inappropriate commercial purpose, The Online Corpitiam reserves the right to take action to end said activity.

The Online Corpitiam may terminate your account if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms of this agreement, or that you have engaged in any behavior that The Online Corpitiam believes, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the operation of The Online Corpitiam

The Online Corpitiam will strive to protect the privacy of all members who abide by these Terms of Service. However, at its sole discretion and especially in cases of abusive, libelous, illegal, and/or malicious behavior on the part of a member, The Online Corpitiam may release certain membership information to appropriate parties when directed by law, through reasonable settlement of litigation against The Online Corpitiam if served notice of such malicious behavior through a competent court, or for other such legitimate reasons to be determined on a case-by-case basis solely at the discretion of The Online Corpitiam.

Representations, Warranties and Acknowledgements

The Online Corpitiam does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, any content on any message board or blog, in any chat room, on any Web page, or on any other content on The Online Corpitiam. The Online Corpitiam makes no representations about the reliability of services provided by The Online Corpitiam or by any third party provider, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on said material and/or systems will be at your own risk. The Online Corpitiam makes no representations regarding the amount of time that forums, chat rooms, blogs, message board discussions, uploaded files, or any other content will be preserved by The Online Corpitiam.

By posting on our blogs, or creating any other content (excluding private email communication), you will be deemed to have granted The Online Corpitiam perpetual, non-exclusive permission to redistribute by transmission the information or materials worldwide without charge or liability.

You maintain a copyright on any copyrighted original material you post, to the extent allowed by law. The reposting of a message on a different forum on The Online Corpitiam without permission of the author is prohibited, except that official The Online Corpitiam staff announcements posted in support forums may be reposted in other forums.

You participate in and/or operate blogs on The Online Corpitiam at your own risk. If you are unhappy with the contents and/or operation of a message board, blog, and/or chat room, your only recourse is to contact the host of said message board and/or chat room or owner of said blog. If you are dissatisfied with any feature, operability, contents, this agreement, other agreements The Online Corpitiam imposes as a condition of usage, or any other component of the The Online Corpitiam Web site, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of The Online Corpitiam services.

If ordering merchandise and/or services from anyone other than The Online Corpitiam, through any commercial service offered via The Online Corpitiam, all transaction terms including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance, and delivery, are solely between you and the seller of the merchandise or services. The Online Corpitiam makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by the seller of the merchandise or services and shall not be liable for the costs or damages arising, either directly or indirectly, from the products or services or from the actions or inactions of the Seller.

NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO The Online Corpitiam OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE THEREIN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL The Online Corpitiam BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE The Online Corpitiam NOR SHALL The Online Corpitiam BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND The Online Corpitiam’ REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO The Online Corpitiam RECORDS, PROGRAMS, OR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL The Online Corpitiam’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID UNDER THE AGREEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You acknowledge that The Online Corpitiam has the right to delete any messages, files, or any other content that you may have uploaded to any service of The Online Corpitiam which have not been accessed for some period of time and is deemed by The Online Corpitiam, in its sole discretion, to be abandoned, or any materials that violate the terms of this or any other binding agreement.
